How we use information
We use this information to identify requests made using designated comment keywords, provide relevant responses through Instagram where permitted, respond to questions, troubleshoot the application, prevent repeated or abusive responses, and manage real estate inquiries. The application is currently being tested; automated public replies and direct messages may be enabled after testing and appropriate authorization.
Service providers and sharing
We use Meta's Instagram services and Cloudflare infrastructure to operate the application. These providers may process information under their respective terms and privacy policies. We may also share information when required by law or necessary to protect the security of the service. We do not sell personal information collected through this application.
Retention and security
We aim to limit collection to information needed for the purposes described above. Technical event logs may be retained according to configured service-provider settings, and information supplied in inquiries may be retained as needed to respond, maintain appropriate business records, or meet legal obligations. We use access controls, protected credentials, and authenticated webhook requests, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may choose not to interact with the automated features. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by us through this application, or to ask us to stop using it for inquiry follow-up, email vincent@reynare.com with the subject “Reyna Automation Privacy Request.” Please identify the Instagram account or interaction involved. We may need to verify your identity before acting and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

California residents may have rights under applicable privacy laws, including rights to know, correct, or delete certain personal information and to receive information about its use, subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
